AFL TONGA Visits Sopu Kindergarten for Healthy Living Theme Day

AFL TONGA continued its widespread support of junior sporting activities within Tonga with a visit to Sopu Kindergarten last Friday morning to aid in the Salvation Army's Healthy Living theme day. Tim Grose from AFL TONGA conducted a number of ball skills sessions with the children over a few very productive hours. Fun physical activities of both AFL and non-AFL nature were enjoyed by all the children with the focus being on keeping active, exercising and participation.

AFL TONGA are reaching out to all junior boys and girls in their attempt to raise awareness of AFL  within the South Pacific, especially Tonga. They will be conducting clinics and skills sessions throughout both primary and high schools around Tonga and will be looking for active participation from all students.

AFL TONGA looks forward to meeting all students and endeavors to develop the game of AFL in Tonga. Make sure you look out for the AFL TONGA logo when the Development Officers come out to visit your school very soon.
